Today's blog is different than most. I've had feedback from readers that the stories are great, but the photos are better. I LOVE when readers send me feedback. So this blog goes out to all those readers who enjoy the photos. This is NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin in pictures...of some of my favorite outdoor activities to do here in Duluth & Superior. Please share (in the comments below, or send me an email) your favorite outdoor activities. And for all of you brave souls who post your original pictures in the comments below (with your name and a way for me to contact you), I will enter you in a drawing for 10% off of a 7 punch pass for the next round of Yoga at the Fairlawn! :)
A year in pictures:
Winter: XC Ski, Downhill Ski, Hike, Bike, Ice Fish, Playgrounds, Run, Explore Lake Superiors changing shoreline, Skate, & Build Snowmen. And, on REALLY cold days (remember I'm originally from the UP, not MN, so -22 is extremely cold to me), our family enjoys planning play dates at the World of Wheels Rollerskating rink in Superior. :)

Except the photos of Jodi were taken by her family. :)
Spring: My absolute FAVORITE part of spring is to watch the changing outdoor environments along the Superior Hiking Trails MANY waterfalls/creek descents.
|Photos by: Jodi, Owner of E3 Twin Ports, LLC. Jodi enjoys guiding. If you have an organization or group that would like customized outdoor outings (guiding, education, etc), please contact her at email@example.com. She will happily create a fun & educational outdoor event or series for you, your group, your organization, or your corporation.|
This year, you can meet Jodi at the Northland Community Wellness Day, for the Walk for Diabetes & the NCWD. She will guide a walk/hike into the Bagley Nature area at 8:30 and 10:30, Saturday, April 9, 2016. These events will be held at UMD. For more information visit: http://northlandcwd.org/
Summer: Swimming in the big lake, and swimming holes of the many Duluth creeks, Bike, Hike, Canoe, Kayak, Stand Up Paddleboard, Fish, Playgrounds, Run, Eat Yummy Meals Outside, & Garden. On some of the really HOT summer days (yes, 80's with high humidity is hot), we enjoy skating at the Duluth Heritage Center, which is sponsored by the Duluth Parks and Rec almost all summer long, once a week.

E3's owner Jodi, is very involved in the community...secretary for the LSDBF Recruitment Committee, VP for the Northland Paddlers Alliance, along with many other volunteer duties. When you hire E3 for individual wellness coaching, or your corporate wellness, you are hiring a community member that values service through volunteering to help make our community a better place. Thank you for considering E3 for your next event or corporate educational need.
What are some of your favorite outdoor activities? What activities provide you with the biggest soul smile? :) I look forward to seeing your pictures, and hearing your stories. :)
Make it a great day!
